The portrait of Silverstein, although obviously pasted into the picture, is at the same time the only part of the whole that is in any way truthful [although itself probably photo-shopped ]. Nevertheless, every other part of the picture, that is: [i.e. foreground, background, Twin towers, all buildings, plane, smoke, sky etc. etc. ], is false, a digital composite.
