{Onebornfree/Freedom Network commentary: this is an interesting video as it apparently shows Federal, Department of Homeland Security[DHS] agents being thwarted from "just doing their jobs", by young guys in cars on Federal highways armed only with video cameras and their supposed constitutional rights.
This tactic might work for now, in some cases, but I would not advise anyone to try it unless they have a very clear understanding of their supposed "rights", particularly of the 4th and 5th amendments- and knowing the 9th amendment might come in handy too.
Also, unlike the persons in the various videos presented, who are traveling in pairs, I would not try this if traveling alone, unless you have a lawyer on retainer with whom you are in continual phone contact- remember we do not know, and cannot know, how many persons have already been illegally detained at gunpoint by these agents , despite that detained persons knowledge of their supposed "constitutional rights", and who might still, to this date, remain "illegally" detained by the D.H.S.
For myself, it makes far more sense to completely avoid coming into contact with these types of situations in the first place, rather than having faith in any piece of 200 year old paper that supposedly lays out your supposed rights.

The Sandy Hook shooting outrage reaction is also a fear mongering hoax. For starters, 116,000% more Americans die each year in motor vehicle accidents than were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary. You are far more likely to be killed by a deer in the road than a psychopathic mass shooter. And you are WAY more likely to be killed by your doctor than by a gun: An astonishing 784,000 Americans are killed each year by their doctors.
Approximately one-quarter of all Americans have been emotionally manipulated into worshipping a false prophet: Barack Obama, one of the world’s great mass murderers of children who is right now signing off on yet more unarmed drone bombings of innocent children in Libya, Afghanistan, and soon Syria and Iran. You don’t see those children on television, and Obama sheds no tears for them. They are the “invisible” children of the world whose deaths don’t matter to the U.S. media, which celebrates mass violence and deadly wars.

Do you watch the fireworks on July 4th? Most people are mindless to the whole point of July 4th which is to celebrate Independence Day — independence from British tyranny, gun control, illegal searches, secret prisons, and so on. And yet all these things have been brought back to America by Obama. The fireworks are supposed to be a reminder of the battles that our forefathers fought so that we might enjoy freedom. Instead, the fireworks mesmerize a barely-conscious population as they sleepwalk right into the jaws of tyranny and oppression, slobbering their way to their next chronic disease as they eat themselves to death with GMOs and aspartame.
You have been taught delusional mythologies about vaccines and flu shots: “Flu shots stop the flu!” is a delusional anti-fact that’s catapulted into a global meme (mind virus) by the same industry which now claims injecting mercury is good for children. “Science” has become the tyrannical cry of those who absolutely despise science but who invoke the word to demand obedience to their own warped chemical doctrines.
You have been taught delusional financial mythologies such as the idea that the U.S. government needs to collect taxes to fund itself. In reality, the Fed can create all the money it needs instantly, just like it does to bail out banks. You are taxed not to raise revenue but to be oppressed and controlled.
You have been told who to worship — singers, basketball players, big government — and even more importantly who to hate: white people, gun owners, preppers, veterans, Ron Paul supporters and anyone who grows their own food.
And when the next false flag event occurs in America, you will be “shocked” and “outraged,” and you will believe it was carried out by whomever the government and the media claims carried it out. You will also believe that your reaction is happening of your own free will and you will have no clue the entire thing has been scripted and injected directly into your head.

You are a pawn in a grand mind game. You have been imprisoned in a mental construct that is so powerful and elusive that you actually defend the very system which has enslaved you.

While your physical life still has time remaining, you have every opportunity to do something different with it. Break the chains of mental enslavement. A 12-year-old girl was sent to the hospital with second-degree burns after an officer with the Billings, Montana Police Department detonated a flash-bang grenade into a bedroom in a home where they were executing a warrant. Free-Market Analysis: The militarization of the US police continues and with it these tragic incidents. If people are not being outright killed by mistake, they are being badly hurt.
And for what? To put people who make or take "drugs" in jail.
By now enough has emerged about the pharmaceutical industry to provide us with insights that legal drugs are not, in many cases, any safer than so-called illegal ones. But this does not apparently slow down police attacks – and the inevitable mistakes that arise as well.
It is not just US SWAT team raids. Here's a report on English policing, also from RT:
Police tasered and handcuffed a blind two-time stroke victim in northern England, reportedly mistaking his walking stick for samurai sword. Colin Farmer, a retired architect who is 61 and cannot move unaided, was on his own and walking down a street in Chorley, in the county of Lancashire, on a Friday evening, when the incident happened.
"I heard this male voice shouting and bawling at me from behind and I became frightened because I thought I was about to be mugged," he told reporters. "Obviously I am the perfect target for muggers, because I don't know what is going on around me and I carried on walking in the hope I would get away."
Farmer said that the next thing he knew was that he felt "this thump in the back, this huge electric shock" and it was like "thousands of volts going through his body".
"I thought that I was honestly going to die and they were going to kill me. All my muscles turned to dust and I thought I was having another stroke. I said 'I'm blind, I'm blind. I'm blind,' but this policeman knelt on me and dragged my arms round my back." ...
This is the second such incident this year, after officers tasered an agitated Alzheimer's victim several times in May. UK police recently asked for all front-line officers to be issued with tasers, rather than the current one-in-three.
With the promotional memes of the elites in disarray, is it time for a kind of escalating war on the middle class? Is such a perception too cynical?
The "MO" is always the same. The beat down commences and YouTube videos appear. The police refuse to comment. Coverage vanishes. All that remains is the violent video, a flickering, confusing testament to inexplicable violence. This was recently posted at Salon:
The NYPD beat up a homeless man in Brooklyn last week as he resisted arrest for sleeping in a synagogue outreach center, where he had permission to stay. Surveillance video obtained by local news site CrownHeights.info shows two officers brutally beating a shoeless and shirtless man, Ehud Halevi, who insisted he had permission to be in the center for troubled youth, ALIYA (Alternative Learning Institute for Young Adults).
Although sources confirmed with CrownHeights.info that Halevi had been sleeping in the space for a month with permission, one security guard, unaware of the arrangement, called the police. The guard later told the New York Daily News that he regretted making the call.
According to Gothamist, "[Halevi] was also pepper sprayed during the arrest, [and] was charged with assaulting a police officer, trespassing, resisting arrest and harassment. He's currently out on bail and faces up to five years in prison for assaulting an officer." The NYPD have yet to issue comment.
Civil society is under attack by those hired to keep order.

Are Military Oaths Meaningless?

Military Oaths Are Meaningless

Members of the US military often point to the oaths they take upon enlistment as proof they will never violate the rights of Americans. They insist they are committed toward "defending" the Piece of Paper (also known as the US Constitution) and thereby also defend the individual rights that this document claims to protect. But is it wise for the free individual to rely on such an oath being kept?
Since World War II, the US military has participated in numerous illegal, unconstitutional wars. The pace of participating in such actions seems to grow by the year. It has almost become difficult to keep up with them all. When considering such actions, I begin to question just when are these individuals going to begin keeping their oath? I have yet to see any mass resistance by members of the military against any of these illegal actions.
I have read numerous accounts that such mass resistance will finally occur when soldiers are ordered to confiscate the weapons of, and/or fire upon, their own people. But why should I believe such an assertion? Members of the military, with very few exceptions, have followed all orders to fire upon, kidnap, and confiscate weapons from civilians in other countries all over the world. Is it that much more of a challenge for them to also execute such action against people in their own country?
How can the US Military "defend" the Piece of Paper while at the same time murdering foreigners in illegal wars of empire, thereby violating the restrictions contained in that very Piece of Paper? They have admittedly participated in criminal acts. Therefore, they are criminals. Why should I believe unrepentant criminals?
The US military claims to defend individual liberty. But how can one who willingly lives as a military slave have any appreciation of liberty? I assure you, people willing to kill on command lack any conscience about violating someone’s liberty. Why should I be willing to believe, when given the order to kidnap or kill me, they will ignore this order?
Please remember the following truths:
These people wear the uniform of the regime.
These people work for the regime.
These people are paid by the regime.
These people follow the orders of the regime.
These people actively protect the regime.
Why should I trust them? Given these truths, why I should I be assured that they have my best interests in mind just because a collection of words called an "oath" have passed out of their mouths?
And just who do they give this oath to? They, of course, give it to the corporate entity known as the United States of America- a political organism. It is not directed toward me, a human organism. Nowhere in this oath does it mention obeying orders from me or "officers appointed" by me.
Oaths are merely words that disappear into the vapor. They are meaningless unless backed by action. One such action would be to truly defend this Piece of Paper against "all enemies foreign and domestic" by ignoring the non-existent "foreign" enemies and concentrating on the "domestic" variety. May I suggest a mass, peaceful resistance or petitioning directed at those who initiate such threats.
However, I would be ecstatic if they all chose a less drastic, but no less courageous, form of action. If they really want to keep their "oath," they should immediately begin resigning in droves, deserting, or seeking conscientious objector status.
Protections of my life and liberties can never come from the same institution that directly threatens my life and liberty. You don’t protect yourself, your countrymen, and your families from the mafia by becoming part of the mafia. You first free yourself from the system entirely.
If members of the US military truly want to impress upon me their dedication and devotion toward protecting my life and liberty they need to forget about any sacred pledges and concentrate on action. Complete disengagement, by whatever means from the US Death Machine, will more successfully convey that dedication than a book full of oaths.
